“Platonic” Trailer introduces us to Sylvia, a woman with a wonderful husband and kids who are leading a contented but typical existence. She makes the decision to contact the buddy she hasn’t spoken to in a long time after learning that Will, played by Rogen, is going through a divorce. While Sylvia calls Will a “mess,” these wild antics clash with the orderly adult life she has created for herself. As the two reconnect, the chaotic antics of the two are able to recapture the friendship that the two had when they were younger.
