Fans of science fiction are about to learn the truth about the statement “Some mysteries are best left unsolved”! The second trailer for the upcoming sci-fi series Silo starring Rebecca Ferguson. Which was released by Apple TV+, depicts her character doing her best, despite the pandemonium, to uncover the cause of the hazardous atmosphere outside that forces everyone to live in a mysterious underground facility. The next post-apocalyptic series. Which will debut on May 5, is based on Hugh Howey’s best-selling trilogy Wool, Shift, and Dust.
Even if everybody who even tries to figure out the truth ends up dead. The teaser depicts engineer Juliette (Ferguson) as driven to do so. The remaining 10,000 people (who are identified as safe from the toxicity outside) are trapped in a chaotic setting that, in hindsight, is identical to the outside world they are attempting to flee as the caravan opens. The head of the IT department, Bernard (Tim Robbins), says that there is no way for them to know who built the silo. But one thing he is certain of: the world outside their “shelter” is where death hides in plain sight. At this point, everyone is eager to learn the truth, especially Juliette.
“Silo”: Your Next Favorite Dystopian Series
The upcoming series, “Silo,” is a recent addition to the popular list of dystopian thrillers that have dominated TV screens in recent years. Such as “Snowpiercer,” “The 100,” and “The Last of Us.” As with other successful dystopian series like “The Handmaid’s Tale,” “Shadow and Bone,” and “Outlander,” “Silo” is also a TV adaptation of a best-selling 21st-century novel.

Although it is too early to predict its success. Fans of dystopian-themed series and movies are eagerly anticipating the show’s release. With a talented cast featuring Rebecca Ferguson, David Oyelowo, Harriet Walter, Avi Nash, Common, Rashida Jones, and Chinaza Uche. A compelling storyline developed by Graham Yost and Morten Tyldum, “Silo” is expected to be an outstanding series in its own right.
The main focus of Silo will be on the last survivors of humanity who are living underground without knowing why they are there in the first place. With the exception of being told that the outside world is poisonous and lethal. Silo will remain true to the books it was based on. Juliette has discovered a sinister reality that will soon demolish everything she knows and believes about the silo as she investigates the murder of a loved one. On May 5, Silo will make its Apple TV+ debut. The official summary and trailer are also available below.
