Might the promise to harm no one be meaningless? The Nurse, a forthcoming Danish crime series on Netflix, will examine the life of someone for whom that oath held little significance. In the terrifying true story The Nurse, a nurse is found guilty on four charges of attempted manslaughter. The streamer has released the official full-length teaser ahead of the series’ April 27 global premiere.
The trailer kicks off by introducing Pernille Kurzmann, a young nurse who is about to return to work. Kurzmann is responsible for a child, and they are both embarking on new beginnings. Kurzmann is heading to the Falster hospital, located on the outskirts of Denmark. The hospital is a tight-knit community where everyone knows each other, and Christina Aistrup Hansen, the charismatic and witty nurse, is loved by all.

Hansen is set to teach Kurzmann the art of life-saving, and the trailer hints at their excellent working relationship. However, Kurzmann begins to notice some irregularities around her mentor, which throws their previously perfect partnership off balance.
Uncovering Suspicious Deaths: A Nurse’s Hunt for a Hospital Killer
At first, deaths occurred in the hospital, which is not uncommon. But when multiple patients suddenly die from cardiac arrest in one ward, the police get involved. Family members claim their loved ones had no prior heart conditions, leading to suspicion that someone might be behind the deaths. The nurse under suspicion was once seen as kind, but now her touch is feared as the cause of death. Pernille Kurzmann must risk her own safety to gather evidence and stop the killer.
