Woody Harrelson and Justin Theroux, stars of the show, are preparing to become entangled in the same issue that they are attempting to avoid. E. Howard Hunt (Harrelson) and G. Gordon Liddy (Justin Theroux), the political operatives in charge of keeping all of the material pertaining to the Watergate event under wraps, will be the main characters in the television programme. While protecting Nixon’s secrets, they become too involved in the investigation and are unable to escape the situation they were originally recruited to solve.
